Absolutely wonderful place! My husband had a minor medical problem, infection in the big toe ingrown nail. It was painful to walk and we just started our tour. He clearly needed antibiotics.
We found HOMED on Google. It was a 5 minute walk from our apartment. No appointment was needed. The atmosphere was very friendly. A nice young doctor met us, cleaned the wound, wrapped it and prescribed antibiotics. And the pharmacy was next door. We solved the problem in half an hour. We never were served so quickly in the US.

My husband and I came all the way from the Netherlands to get medical help. I my country you have to wait for months to see a specialist. After waiting for months they didn't even look at us for a second and then send us away.. Therefor to save my husband we had to go to Homed for help. Homed can get you any medical specialist in a day. We saw a couple of specialist in a few days and they did all the tests we asked for. The first day we went to Homed they didn't even charge us. The doctors and others working in this clinic are all very kind and loving people. They took the proper time to listen to us and we felt very welcome. I highly recommend anyone to come here. Especially if you feel that your country doesnt help you the way they should, just book a ticket and get yourself some real doctors in Greece. Thank you for helping my husband, we will always be grateful and will tell anyone to come to here if our doctors fail again.
I came here because I am a marketing expert and realised they have good reviews. I came from Holland Groningen because I believed more in this clinic and had a discussion with my gp in the Netherlands, the clinic helped us fast and friendly, we could just walk in , in holland we have to wait months for specialist but homed got me multiple specialist in a few days! They are people with a good soul at homed, i will definitely come back if i have health issues. In medicine sometimes seconds matter and I was simply better off in Athens than at home in Groningen. There was better testing also and proved that my wife was infected with candida albicans.

I had a feeling before I even landed in Greece this morning that I would need either a walk-in clinic or an urgent care center. I had a minor condition that required a medical evaluation and antibiotics, so I researched clinics near my hotel, the Perianth, in the Monastiraki neighborhood. Homed Walk-In Clinic was just a 6-minute walk away.
I called ahead and spoke with a very pleasant young lady who spoke excellent English, something I was extremely grateful for, because my Greek is very bad at best. She let me know that the visit would cost $100, which was reasonable and clear upfront.
The clinic was easy to find. It is located on the third floor of a building, and the moment I stepped in, I noticed how bright, clean, well-designed, and airy the space felt. Check-in was simple. I filled out a one-page form, showed my passport, and was immediately escorted to the doctor’s office. No long waits, no confusion, just smooth and efficient service.
The doctor was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He reviewed my symptoms, explained everything clearly, and provided a prescription. He wrote the instructions down in English, emailed them to me along with my receipt, and made sure I knew that any nearby pharmacy could fill the prescription. I walked out with everything I needed.
When you are traveling abroad and not feeling well, the last thing you want is to spend hours searching for care, worrying about the cost, or losing half a day of your vacation in a waiting room. This clinic made the entire experience easy, fast, and reassuring. I felt very well taken care of from start to finish.

We had a great experience here. It was very easy to get an appointment, easy to find the location, the appointment moved relatively quickly (much faster than a typical "urgent care" center in the US). A comprehensive report was sent in a timely manner. The nurse and reception staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient. The spaces were clean. The price was a little high, but still quite reasonable given that it was a same day appointment and included a lab test. Two months later I emailed requesting a paid invoice and received the file within 5 minutes! I hope I do not need to go there again, but I wouldn't hesitate to return if we needed medical care while traveling in Athens.
The last thing you want to do when you’re traveling is go see a doctor& being from the United States we assumed that this would be an all day event. We were seen very sufficiently & quickly. I would 5/5 recommend this urgent care. Price was 250 to be seen and treated for a UTI. Which can’t go untreated -

wow, such a surprising place. best clinic for tourists. yes, seeing a doctor costs 100 EUR but its worth it. my kid had ear infection. couldn't sleep. 100 EUR for looking into the ears , 23 for the antibiotics. smooth, fast treatment and the people there are so nice. if you have travel insurance : this is your place to go. plus they have whatsapp support number and 24x7 open.

I was seen promptly by the doctor who ordered appropriate labs and prescribed antibiotics and probiotics. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. I was feeling unwell while traveling and came here without an appointment. Everything was quick and professional. The consultation costs €100, and they were very clear and transparent about any additional costs, like tests. I’d totally recommend this place—especially if you have insurance to cover the expenses.
I stepped on a sea urchin and I came here to have them removed. The doctor did a wonderful job, the procedure was quick and almost painless. He also added in some funny jokes to take my mind off of the procedure. 10/10

I am an American who was visiting Athens and I had a horribly infected finger that needed urgent treatment. I was able to get an appointment with hoMed in an hour and was diagnosed and given prescriptions for medications to begin the healing process. The doctor asked me to come back two days later to check progress. The antibiotics, ibuprofen and antibiotic creme healed my infection and when I went back two days later, the doctor examined me and said to continue my medications for a few more days. The reception staff and doctors were great! The cost was very reasonable: 100 Euros for two visits. I highly recommend hoMed.

My doctor at home sent me off for a 3 month trip with a swollen, inflamed, painful knee and limited pain meds. She said I was fine. Shortly after arriving in Athens, I developed bruises in my knee, which frightened me. I called to report this to my US doctor who again said I was fine.
After two weeks, I realized I needed more pain meds.
I contacted HOMED for an appointment. They took one look at my knee and several touches of my knee, then got very serious with me. Both doctors examined me to confirm the findings. They recommended a CT scan and an appointment with an orthopedic specialist. The CT scan took place about an hour later and the orthopedic visit took place the next day. He diagnosed a serious infection in my knee and prescribed antibiotics.
After two days on the antibiotics my swelling is down, the inflammation has cooled, and the pain is less. I can’t imagine what damage would have occurred if the infection had not been diagnosed and treated!
HOMED has been in constant contact with me via phone, WhatsApp, and email. They have calmed my fears and answered every question.
I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had a couple of health concerns come up shortly after arriving in Athens. I found Homed by Google search and am so happy I did! They were a short walk from my hotel and were so responsive and friendly. The providers and staff addressed all of my concerns, got me the medication and imaging I needed, and have been helpful since I arrived back home in getting me the right paperwork ready for insurance claims.
If something happens to you, it is the doctor's office that. I highly recommend

Very impressed with thorough investigation by the doctor, who sent me for X-ray and blood tests, after doing several tests in the surgery. Very quick service at Doctors Hospital, and on my return to Australia, have recovered quickly.

I was seen immediatly, I'm English and the consultation was in english and I was prescibed antibitotics I needed for infection and given some advice for myself and the health service at home
This place is fantastic. They have knowledgeable doctors in every speciality, can give immediate care and perfect communication, can refer you to every testing you might need, and most helpfully (at least as a foreigner) they are an utter ease in terms of getting documentation for travelers insurance (this is not true for some other places that don't orient to travelers). I've had few sudden problems and they are a great care center for anything that comes up. Whenever I contact, they have been able to see me right away, give treatment or refer to exams or testing, and afterwards quickly provide comprehensive report with all information to get reimbursed from insurance. Highly, highly recommended.
I fell and injured my knee on holiday in Italy and needed medical help when arriving in Athens. HomeMed were fantastic! I got an appointment very early and quickly. The doctor that came to my home was professional and very nice. He took his time and asked appropriate questions. I had no problems going to the Pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions ordered. Although very many hours late from the time told to us on the phone, no one had phoned us to give us an update. I will definitely use this company again in the future!!
Physician (Dr. Natalie) promptly came to our hotel room, took a thorough history and did a detailed physical exam. She then discussed some tests she could do to make a diagnosis including the costs for each test, and answered our questions. She administered the tests we agreed to and explained the outcomes. She then described and wrote down a prescription and the over-the-counter medicines for us, in English. We asked questions to ensure we understood all dosages, etc. and she diligently reviewed the diagnosis and treatment with us to make sure we were clear on everything. She alerted us that some pharmacies were closed on Sundays and to ask our hotel concierge to find one that was open before going to fill the Rx. Dr. Natalie was very professional and courteous. She never hurried us and we felt that she cared.
We were tourists in Athens and my cold symptoms were not improving. The hotel called Homed, and they gave me an immediate appointment. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was seen and assessed immediately, with all tests occurring at the clinic. Results were available instantly. Because I was going on a cruise, with limited access to medications, the doctor prescribed medicine and procedures if my symptoms worsened. Overall, an extremely positive and professional experience. If you are ill in Greece, you will be well served by contacting Homed. They are exceptionally competent and thoughtful, devoting much time and energy to patient care.
The address of this medical center was given to us by the pharmacy because we were sick during our stay in Athens. We immediately have a medical consultation. I developed a UTI just before I arrived in Arhens. I knew I needed to get on antibiotics immediately because it was 5 days until I returned to Canada ( I have had many UTIs so was well aware of what would give me relief/clear it up). Our hotel was steps from the clinic....I popped in and was seen immediately. A young doctor did a thorough and complete exam of all vitals/asked all the key and important questions. We are from the United States traveling in Athens on vacation. My wife had a serious UTI problem so we went into the Homed facility. It was very near closing time, but the staff and doctor stayed taking care of the problem. They did an excellent job!
My wife had a serious health concern while we were visiting Athens Greece this past summer. We were in contact with our doctor in the US and they recommended we seek a medical opinion in Athens before attempting to travel home. By luck, we found Homed and our experience was remarkable. The staff and medical professionals were incredibly understanding and caring to the point of making arrangements for an ultrasound, scheduling transportation to the facility and then our doctor actually showed up during the exam to hear the prognosis and give his final advice! We have never experienced such a profound and genuine level of medical care, ever! We are extremely grateful to the doctors and staff for taking such fine care of my wife's issue.
Thankfully, we made the journey home, safe and sound, and brought our (Greek!) medical report to her primary physician for follow up and final diagnosis. An outstanding experience! Thank you!

Excellent service!!! We have done abdominal puncture many times with Mr. Papazis and we have been very pleased. The guys at the secretariat are also very helpful and all the doctors and above all human. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts!!! And Mrs. Areti for her psychological support and nursing skills.

My daughter had a very bad sore throat while visiting Athens. The Homed clinic was close to our hotel, we called them and they were able to see her right away. Beautiful clinic, the staff was very nice and the doctor excellent . Oh , and the price super reasonable. We were very satisfied!

Finding the doctor was very easy thanks to Air Doctor. Dr. Papazisis arrived at our hotel to check on us after getting Covid. He was kind, calm, efficient and very familiar with our situation. He prescribed the meds that were needed. We felt so much relief!

Went to the doctor without an appointment with an unexpected injury. I was immediately ushered into his room for a consultation and even had the fee waived. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for urgent assistance or with any sort of medical problem.
Great service, very prompt to arrive and my consultation was very thorough. Diagnosis was quick and exactly correct. Cannot fault this service and my doctor was lovely also and very qualified.
The entire staff was attentive and caring. We called for a doctor in the evening and within an hour the doctor came over and was professional and kind. They took us to the hospital and checked in every couple of hours, making sure we're ok and that the staff in the hospital is taking good care of us. We highly recommend their clinic, especially if you are traveling from abroad - these are exactly the kind of people you want to take care of you in time of need.
Nobody plans to get sick on vacation, but I am so glad I had found the Homed clinic on Google. It was easy to get a hold of them and they are open late hours. The clinic is super clean and has very caring staff. The location of their clinic is very convenient because it's in the heart of Athens, so if you get sick while you're visiting it is very convenient and close by.
We had a fairly complicated medical emergency due to a rare underlying chronic condition and the doctors here were able to see me with a comparatively minimal wait on a Sunday. They were professional and got me the needed treatment. They also rapidly renewed an existing prescription as needed. The clinic is extremely spacious, modern and clean and the staff was very courteous. Would totally recommend if you need medical attention in Athens. In my case, they were life savers!
I was on holiday and was suddenly taken ill upon arrival in a hotel in Athens. I had to call a doctor, who came rather quickly. He took some tests but said that I needed to go to the medical clinic for further examination and treatment. I arrived there late on thursday evening and was given a room, where I was the only occupant. The doctors and staff were very professional and friendly. I had to stay overnight for observation and medication. The staff checked regularly on me, and fortunately I was able to leave the next day with a recipe for further medication, so that I was able to catch my flight home the next day.
My husband is in Athens on business and developed severe abdominal pain in the middle of the night. Within 15 minutes, our hotel arranged for Dr. Elias Papazissis to examine him. The kind and professional doctor determined that my husband needed to be admitted to the hospital. The level of care has been WONDERFUL. The hospital is extremely clean and modern. I highly recommend this service! All of the staff and nurses are excellent, kind, and skilled.
