Terms and Conditions of Teleconsultation Service
The teleconsultation service provided by HOMED is strictly for informational purposes. During the teleconsultation, the doctor will listen to the patient’s concerns, gather information about their condition, and provide general information related to the issue. The doctor may consult other specialists to enhance the information shared during the session.
It must be explicitly understood that:
- The teleconsultation does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription.
- The doctor and any consulting specialists do not bear responsibility for the patient’s interpretation or application of the information provided.
- HOMED, the participating doctors, or any consulting physicians are not liable for any harm, health issues, or life-threatening situations that may arise as a result of misinterpretation or misuse of the information shared during the teleconsultation.
- The patient agrees that the information provided during the teleconsultation is not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional.
Before proceeding with the teleconsultation, the patient must confirm their agreement with these terms by acknowledging the following statement:
