Open a case, get a case or claim number, and find out the email address where we can send daily medical reports.

Handling Payments

If we receive a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) from your insurance before the end of your stay, you won’t have to pay anything.

Even if we don’t get the GOP in time, the process we follow greatly shortens the time for your reimbursement and the return of any amount you may have paid.
